Binh X. Ngo is a communications strategist and the creative mind behind Ngostalgia.

The seeds for Ngostalgia were planted over two decades ago, when a 13-year-old Binh adopted the pseudonym to share her writing and art online. Ngostalgia has since evolved into a creative partner for organizations and businesses looking to amplify their brand with thoughtful strategy, storytelling, and design.

Binh has over a decade of experience working with community organizations throughout California, most recently leading communications for two San Francisco-based nonprofits serving low-income immigrant communities.* She has a bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Political Science and a master’s degree in International Policy and Development.

At the heart of Ngostalgia is an unwavering belief in the power of storytelling to heal, inspire, and move people to action. Binh works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers of color not only to craft brands and stories that resonate, but also to help build more vibrant and inclusive communities.

Based in San Francisco, she is inspired by her Vietnamese roots, travel, nature and the cosmos, social movements, baked goods, and the stunning Bay Area.

* Organizations include: Immigration Institute of the Bay Area, Mission Asset Fund, Refugees & Immigrant Transitions, United Way Monterey County, Red Cross of the Central Coast, United Farm Workers Foundation, Center for American Progress, International Rescue Committee + more
